ユーザーグループ・ワークショップ・企業ミーティングを開催できます

御社主催のユーザーグループやワークショップ、また御社の年次総会を、SCOPEサミットと同じ会場で開催できます。CHIでは、イベントのマーケティングやロジスティクスオペレーションをお手伝いします。また、参加希望者への共同マーケティングを行うほか、SCOPE会議全体に参加する場合の割引を御社のユーザーにも適用いたします。ご要望を何でもお申しつけ下さい。SCOPEを御社の集客スペースとしてぜひご活用ください！

2月14日（水）午後1:30〜4:30

• Co-locate your User Group, a Workshop, or even your company’s Annual Meeting with SCOPE Summit.
• CHI will help market the event, manage logistical operations, co-market to prospective attendees, and extend your users a discount to attend the entire SCOPE conference.
• Meeting room (for 20-40 people) ready with LCD projector & screen for in-person event.
• Coffee, beverages and cookies for an afternoon break for up to 20-40 people for inperson event. Additional food & beverage may be arranged by sponsor directly with the property (subject to current federal, state, and local safety guidelines)
• Sponsor will be responsible for own registrations & badges.
• 6’ Table outside meeting room for badges & greeting clients on arrival
• CHI will co-market to prospective attendees and extend your users a discount to attend

• One 10x10 Exhibit space includes side rails and backdrop with pipe and drape and a company ID sign.
• Additional furnishings and materials can be ordered for in-person event through the event General Contractor. Information for ordering will be provided in your exhibitor kit.

• CHI will promote the user-group on the final conference brochure
• CHI will execute two eblasts to promote your user group specifically
• Corporate logo with link on the event web site
• CHI will promote the user-group in the conference brochure, event web site, social media channels, and in the final agenda
• Corporate logo as Corporate Sponsor in final conference brochure
• Conference discount email for your clients & prospects: Provide us your list and we can send an email on your behalf OR we will provide you with a discount code to send out on your own - a savings of up to $200 will be offered
• One-time use of delegate list -- for one pre-show mailing upon signing mailing list agreement will be sent out by the end of January 15, 2024 week.
• Corporate logo and URL link will be placed in conference proceedings package delivered electronically approximately 1 week prior to the conference to all registered participants. Package includes: conference agenda, speaker slides, sponsor logos with URL link, and exhibitor list with URL link
• Access to 1-on-1 Networking App - available one week prior to event

• Three (3) complimentary, full conference registrations
• Two (2) booth staff registrations
• 6’ Table outside meeting room for badges & greeting clients on arrival
• One (1) Complimentary full conference registration for your client. These passes include the full 3-day
• conference and have a value of $3,099 each. To qualify they must not already be registered and be nonvendors from pharma, biotech, device, patient communities, academia and government. Please share their full contact info on the registration form that will be provided in the exhibitor portal. Names must be  received by January 6, 2023.
• Discounts for additional staff member registrations (up to 5)
• CHI will promote the user-group with on-site signage
• On-site signage designating your company as a Corporate Sponsor
